Les misérables

The film "Les Misérables" (2019) is a French crime thriller directed by Ladj Ly, starring Damien Bonnard as Stéphane, Alexis Manenti as Chris, and Djebril Zonga as Gwada. Set in the commune of Montfermeil in the aftermath of the 2018 FIFA World Cup, the story follows Stéphane, a new police officer, and his colleagues as they try to capture a young thief, Issa, who sparks a crisis in the community.
