Chinjeolhan Geumjassi

A woman, released from prison after serving 13 years for a murder she did not commit, begins executing her elaborate plan of retribution. Lee Geum-ja (Lee Young-ae), a reformed female prisoner, reveals that her "kind-hearted" behavior in prison was a cover to earn favor and further her revenge plans. She visits the other paroled inmates, calling in favors that include food, shelter, and weapons. Characterized by Lee Geum-ja (Lee Young-ae) as a woman with a complex past, the film's plot revolves around her quest for revenge against Mr. Baek (Choi Min-sik), the real murderer who has been hiding in plain sight. Geum-ja discovers that Mr. Baek has been kidnapping and murdering children from schools he worked at, and she and a group of people, including the original case detective and relatives of the missing children, take revenge on him, leading to a complex and disturbing confrontation.
