Fasandræberne

The Absent One follows Carl Mørck (Nikolaj Lie Kaas), a cold case detective, as he reopens a decades-old murder case involving twins Thomas and Marie. Their case was closed after local boy Bjarne Thøgersen confessed to the crime, but Carl and his partner Assad soon discover inconsistencies in the case resolution. As they delve deeper, they uncover a dark web of privileged teenagers, including Ditlev Pram, Ulrik Dybbøl, and Kirsten Marie "Kimmie" Lassen, who committed a brutal and ritualistic murder.
