Tomboy

Zoé Héran plays a 10-year-old girl named Laure who lives with her family in Paris. Her family moves to a new address, and Laure meets a neighborhood girl named Lisa, who mistakenly assumes Laure is a boy and introduces her to the other kids. Laure, who prefers playing football and wearing boyish clothes, adopts the name Mickaël and becomes friends with Lisa and the boys, but struggles to keep her true identity hidden. As the summer progresses, Laure's secret is threatened to be exposed, and she must navigate the complexities of her relationships with Lisa, her family, and herself.
