Desert Saints

"Desert Saints" is a 2002 crime thriller film starring Kiefer Sutherland as a hitman named Arthur Banks, with Melora Walters as Agent Bennie Harper. Banks, a skilled hitman for Latin American drug cartels, picks up solitary women for his assignments, but this time he apprehends a woman who's more interesting than usual, Bennie Harper.
