Copying Beethoven

In 1824, Ludwig van Beethoven, a struggling composer, is racing to finish his Ninth Symphony, despite his deafness and personal turmoil. He meets Anna Holtz, a young conservatory student and aspiring composer, who becomes his copyist and, over time, his friend and protégée. As Beethoven's admiration for Anna grows, so does her influence on his music, forcing him to confront his own demons and find a new path forward.
