All the Pretty Horses

The film follows John Grady Cole, a young Texan played by Matt Damon, who leaves his home after his family's ranch is sold. He travels south of the border with his friend Lacey Rawlins, played by Henry Thomas, to seek work in Mexico. Along the way, they meet Alejandra Villarreal, a young aristocrat's daughter, and Cole falls in love with her. However, their journey is marked by hardship, violence, and tragedy, including the death of a fellow traveler, Jimmy Blevins.
