Random Hearts

Sergeant William "Dutch" Van Den Broeck (Harrison Ford) is a seasoned police sergeant, and Kay Chandler (Kristin Scott Thomas) is a congresswoman, who discover that their spouses were having an affair prior to being killed in a plane crash. After losing their spouses, Dutch and Kay find each other's keys in each other's loved ones' possessions and discover that the two were having an affair.
