A young man’s world is turned upside down when a female force of nature, Gianna Jun as The Girl, takes his life by storm in this outrageous and uplifting ode to true love. Their personalities stand opposite to the "characteristics traditionally associated with masculinity and femininity in Asian societies." The film tells the love story of Gyeon-woo and The Girl, a college student and an aspiring scriptwriter, respectively. Their relationship is marked by the Girl's mood swings, wild behavior, and unconventional displays of affection, as she pulls Gyeon-woo out of class, tells the teacher he's the father of her soon-to-be-aborted baby, and gives him three different screenplays featuring him as her helpless lover. Despite the Girl's horrible treatment of Gyeon-woo, he is determined to help cure her pain, and their relationship takes a turn for the better as the two grow closer.
