I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK is a 2006 South Korean surrealist psychological romantic comedy-drama film directed by Park Chan-wook. The film stars Im Soo-jung as Cha Young-goon, a young woman who believes herself to be a cyborg, and Rain as Park Il-soon, a young male patient hospitalized for anti-social behavior who becomes fascinated with Young-goon. As Young-goon's delusions spiral out of control, Il-soon concocts an elaborate plan to get her to eat, convincing her that he can install a food-to-electrical-energy conversion unit in her back. In the end, Il-soon protects Young-goon from a lightning strike, and the two share a tender moment under a rainbow.
