After being dumped by her lover, Pepa Maura finds her life spiraling out of control as she searches for answers. She contacts her friend Lucía, who has just been released from a mental hospital, and her ex-husband Carlos, who is now dating a snobbish fiancée named Marisa. As Pepa navigates a chaotic series of events, she receives a series of messages from her ex-lover Iván, who has left her without explanation, leading her to question her own sanity. Amidst the chaos, Pepa also must contend with her own pregnancy and the fact that Iván's son Carlos is also searching for answers about his father's disappearance.
