In a world of gang warfare, a series of misfortunes threaten the fate of gang boss Lin Ho Lung (Sammo Hung Kam-Bo) and his mob. As Police Inspector Liu Chi-chung (Danny Lee) closes in, the gang faces double crossings and violent misfortunes. Meanwhile, Lok Tin-hung (Wu Jing), a key figure in the gang, remains uncooperative with the police, leading to a cat-and-mouse game. The film follows the tragic events that unfold as the Triad gang struggles to maintain power.
