The Man from Snowy River

The film follows Jim Craig, played by Tom Burlinson, as he leaves his family's farm in the Australian mountains to earn enough money to get the farm back on its feet after his father's death. Jim, an accomplished horseback rider, is hired by a station owner, Harrison, to work on his farm, but he struggles to find his place in the lowlands. Meanwhile, Jim's past and his connection to the wild horses, the Brumby mob, come back to haunt him, and he must confront his destiny and the legacy of his family.
