Batoru rowaiaru II: Rekuiemu

Three years after the events of the original Battle Royale, Shuya Nanahara, now an internationally-known terrorist, stages a terrorist attack in Tokyo on Christmas Day, killing 8000 people. In response, the government forces a new class of high school students to combat terrorism in an altered version of Battle Royale. Class 3-B, consisting of delinquents and troubled children, must infiltrate the Wild Seven's remote island base and kill Shuya within three days, while wearing explosive neck collars that will detonate if they disobey orders. Led by Shiori Kitano, the class faces a deadly battle against the Wild Seven, with Shuya ultimately calling for the young to oppose their rulers, leading to a confrontation with Riki Takeuchi, who had lost his daughter in the Tokyo bombing.
