A priest and deacon, Father Kim and Deacon Choi, respectively, played by Kim Yun-seok and Gang Dong-won, team up to save a comatose girl who they suspect is possessed by an evil spirit. They embark on an exorcism mission, facing a powerful and ancient demon named Malphas, and ultimately manage to confine it in a piglet. Along the way, they face numerous challenges and obstacles, including the authorities, who wrongly accuse them of murder. The film's climax features a tense showdown, as the priest and deacon successfully exorcise the demon, freeing the girl and themselves from its grasp.
