Bai Ho

The film "To Be Number One" (1991) tells the story of Ho, a Chinese peasant/slave worker portrayed by Ray Lui as Crippled Ho, who escapes to Hong Kong and becomes one of the most feared gang bosses in Hong Kong. After establishing himself, Ho's empire is threatened by corrupt policeman Fat Kwan, played by Kent Cheng Jak-Si, who ultimately cripples him and kills many of his men, but Ho continues to rise and eliminate his enemies.
