Alexander

Alexander, the King of Macedonia, leads his legions against the giant Persian Empire and embarks on a journey that will take him farther than any westerner had ever gone, all the way to India. As he battles his way through ancient lands, Alexander's personal relationships are put to the test, including his complex and often tumultuous bonds with his childhood friend Hephaestion, Bagoas, and later his wife Roxana.
