Halloween Is Grinch Night

A young Who named Eucariah Who must make a trip to the "euphemism" after being blown away by a sour-sweet wind, which he then encounters with the Grinch, who orders his dog Max to pick up the Paraphernalia Wagon for Grinch Night. Eucariah decides to stall the Grinch and forces him to give him a "spook's tour" of his monsters, allowing the storm to die down and forcing the Grinch to abandon his trek.
