Wacko

In the 1982 comedy horror film "Wacko," detective Dick Harbinger (Joe Don Baker) is on the lookout for the killer who murdered his sister 13 years earlier. A high school student, Mary Graves (Julia Duffy), is still traumatized by the event, which she witnessed as a child. The film follows Harbinger's investigation and his decision to dress up as the original killer to reappear during the annual Halloween Pumpkin Prom.
