Shi yue wei cheng

In 1905, revolutionary leader Zhang Hanyu (Sun Wen) arrives in Hong Kong to meet fellow revolutionaries and plan a rebellion against the Qing Empire. When the Qing government learns of his trip, a group of assassins, led by Hu Jun as General Yan Xiaoguo, are sent to kill him. In response, ordinary citizens from all walks of life band together, led by Wang Xueqi as Li Yutang, to protect Sun Wen and ensure the meeting goes as planned. A motley crew of people, including Tony Leung Ka-fai as Prof. Chen Xiaobai, Nicholas Tse as Deng Sidi, and Leon Lai as Liu Yubai, join forces to fight off the assassins and keep Sun Wen safe.
