Gurotesuku

A young couple, Aki Miyashita and Kazuo Kojima, are kidnapped and taken to a basement by a sadistic doctor who abducts them, degrades, tortures, and mutilates them with no further explanation. The doctor, who has a refined and elegant appearance, forces them to participate in a series of cruel and sadistic games, including a final test that ultimately leads to their demise. As the torture progresses, it is revealed that the doctor's motivations are not purely sadistic, but also driven by a desire for sexual stimulation. The couple is eventually killed by the doctor, and in a surprising twist, the doctor is also revealed to have survived, albeit severely injured.
