Kit, a Hong Kong undercover cop, becomes a drug addict to infiltrate a crime syndicate that kidnaps people and sells their organs on the black market. He befriends his keeper, discovers the organ trafficking ring, and escapes from prison twice, only to be subdued by the corrupt warden Ko Chun each time. In a surprising turn of events, Kit and the prison guard Chatchai team up to defeat Ko Chun, with Chatchai ultimately saving Kit's life by pulling him to safety as Ko Chun hangs from a window. The movie ends with Chatchai's daughter Sa, who received a bone marrow transplant from Kit, growing up and remembering her father's act of bravery.
