Baekdusan

In this disaster film, a group of unlikely heroes from across the Korean peninsula team up to save the day after a volcano erupts on the mythical and majestic Baekdu Mountain. Lee Byung-hun stars as Lee Joon-pyeong, a spy from the Korean People's Army in North Korea, who guides Captain Jo In-chang (Ha Jung-woo) on a mission to detonate a nuclear bomb near the volcano to release built-up pressure and stop further eruptions. Jeon Hye-jin plays Jeon Yoo-kyung, a key figure behind the operation, while Bae Suzy portrays Choi Ji-young, In-chang's pregnant wife struggling to survive amidst the disaster.
