Kiss Me, Stupid

Dean Martin plays Dino, a lecherous, heavy-drinking pop singer forced to detour through Climax, Nevada. He meets amateur songwriting team Barney Millsap and piano teacher Orville J. Spooner, who enlist a local waitress/call girl named Polly the Pistol to pose as his wife in order to placate Dino's urges. The evening becomes a poignant moment for Orville, as he starts thinking of Polly as his wife, while Dino seeks shelter at the Belly Button, mistaking Zelda, Orville's wife, for Polly, and allowing him to seduce her.
