Shirley

Elisabeth Moss stars as Shirley Jackson, a famous horror writer, in this film that explores the complex relationship between Jackson and a young couple, Fred (Logan Lerman) and Rose Nemser (Odessa Young), who move in with her and her husband Stanley (Michael Stuhlbarg). As Rose becomes increasingly enthralled by Jackson's work, their mutual bond deepens, but Rose also begins to see the darker side of Jackson's marriage and her own entanglement in the household. The film follows Rose's journey from being a docile wife to finding her own independence.
