When a Harvard-educated CIA agent, Kevin Pope, is killed during an operation, the secret agency recruits his twin brother, Jake Hayes, to finish the mission his brother was working on and sends in an experienced agent, Roland Yates, to train him. Jake Hayes is a street-wise hustler whose life is turned upside down as he navigates the murky world of espionage and terrorism. With the help of Roland Yates, Jake must use his wits and resourcefulness to stay one step ahead of the bad guys and complete the mission his brother was sent to do. Along the way, he must confront his own identity and the unexpected circumstances that brought him into the world of international espionage.
