Thongs, a never-do-well compulsive gambler, must overcome his phobia of diapers and cloying lullabies to fend off his debtors after he and his partner, Octopus, kidnap a baby from a wealthy family on behalf of triads. Characterized by their unlikely bond with the baby, Thongs and Octopus develop strong emotions as they try to protect the infant from the triads who hired them.
