Ifigeneia

Ifigeneia 7.7
The film tells the story of Agamemnon, King of Argos, who is ordered by the goddess Artemis to sacrifice his daughter Iphigenia to atone for the defilement of a sacred stag's holy ground. Iphigenia, played by Tatiana Papamoschou, is to be sacrificed in exchange for the winds to blow eastward, allowing the Greek army to sail to Troy. Agamemnon's decision is met with opposition from his family, particularly his wife Clytemnestra, played by Irene Papas, and his brother Menelaus, played by Kostas Karras, as they try to find a way to avoid the sacrifice.
