Rampage: President Down

Bill Williamson, played by Brendan Fletcher, returns to wreak havoc on Washington D.C., targeting the President of the United States and his Secret Service detail. His plan sparks widespread unrest across the country, leading to devastating consequences. As the authorities try to apprehend him, Bill engages in a prolonged firefight, killing numerous police officers and FBI agents before being fatally wounded.
