In 1989, King Kong (Samuel Hui) and Baldy (Karl Maka), former partners, team up with the Chinese Rambo (Conan Lee), a muscular MSS operative, to clear their names after being framed for a crime. The trio discovers the real culprits, a brother-sister tandem called the New Aces, and decides to help the Chinese government recover stolen figures. Along the way, they face a fierce battle and recover the figures, ultimately teaming up with the Hong Kong police to send the Chinese Rambo on his way.
