Clockstoppers

Zak Gibbs finds an odd wristwatch amidst his father's various inventions, which he slips on, causing the world around him to come to a standstill. Zak quickly learns how to manipulate the device and, along with his quick-witted and beautiful new friend Francesca, starts to have some real fun. Gates sends henchmen to George's house to recover the prototype, and Zak discovers Dopler tied up in their van and frees him. Using components that the three of them steal from a science convention, Dopler mends the broken watch and builds their own set of nitrogen guns, and Zak uses his concealed watch while in Hypertime to pass through the walls of their cell, distracting Gates and the henchmen long enough for George to rig a bomb to destroy the machine generating Hypertime.
