"Jan Herold (Karel Vašíček) navigates the absurdities of a totalitarian regime when he stumbles upon a state-run cat-lending store, impulsively renting a feline for the day. Now with a furry companion, Herold continues his search for his elusive acquaintance, Joseph Kilian (Pavel Bártl). As he navigates the bureaucratic labyrinth, Herold finds himself lost in a world where reality and fiction blur, echoing the themes of personality cults and the absurdities of totalitarianism."
