A young couple, Alison (Maaike Neuville) and Michael (Bart Hollanders), travel to a shabby Eastern European hospital for plastic surgery, where Michael stumbles upon a young woman, gagged and strapped to an operating table, after she was subjected to an experimental rejuvenation treatment. He frees her, but this causes a zombie outbreak that changes doctors, patients, and his mother-in-law into bloodthirsty zombies.
