Laurel Canyon

The film "Laurel Canyon" follows Sam, a recently graduated medical student, and Alex, a Ph.D. student, as they move to Los Angeles to further their careers. They plan to stay at Sam's mother's vacant home in the Laurel Canyon section, where they are surprised to find Jane, a free-spirited record producer, still living and partying with her British boyfriend, Ian McKnight. As Alex becomes drawn to Jane's lifestyle, her relationship with Sam is put to the test, while Sam finds himself attracted to an Israeli woman named Sara. The film explores the clash of life attitudes and the resulting strain on their relationship.
