Little Accidents

Set in the aftermath of a major coal mining accident in West Virginia's Appalachian countryside, Little Accidents is a drama that explores the complex web of secrets and lies in a small town struggling to cope with tragedy. When a teenage boy goes missing after intervening on behalf of his friend, three characters - Amos, a surviving miner; Diane, the wife of a mine executive; and Owen, the eldest son of a miner who perished in the accident - are drawn together in a journey of self-discovery and confrontation that exposes the dark underbelly of their community. Based on the real-life events of coal mining disasters, Little Accidents is a powerful exploration of class divisions, guilt, and the human cost of industrialization.
