#AnneFrank - Parallel Stories

In "Anne Frank - Parallel Stories," Academy Award-winning actress Helen Mirren introduces audiences to Anne Frank's story through the words in her diary, set in the reconstructed Amsterdam hiding room. The film alternates with testimonies from five Holocaust survivors, teenage girls just like Anne, whose stories create parallels between their past and present. Narratives from their children and grandchildren add depth to the film, connecting the past to the present.
