Stay Alive

After playing an underground video game called Stay Alive, friends Loomis, Rex, and Sarah are killed in manners that mirror their in-game characters' deaths. The game, a multiplayer survival horror set in a derelict mansion, is based on a 17th-century noblewoman, Countess Bathory, who bathed in young women's blood to maintain her youth. The game's developer, a mysterious figure, has resurrected the Countess, allowing her to return and kill the players. Hutch, a friend of Loomis, discovers the game and plays it with his friends, including October, Phineus, Abigail, Swink, and his boss Miller, who all eventually die in the game.
