Blood and Concrete

"Blood & Concrete: A Love Story" is a 1991 American romantic crime comedy film set in Los Angeles. Joey Turks (Billy Zane), a car thief, forms an unlikely relationship with Mona (Jennifer Beals), a suicidal young woman. As they work together to escape their troubles, they must outsmart drug dealer Spuntz and Detective Hank Dick, who's determined to find Spuntz.
