Kickboxer 3: The Art of War follows kickboxing champion David Sloan as he arrives in Rio de Janeiro for an exhibition fight, where he meets Marcos, a young orphan who becomes his friend and guide, and Isabella, Marcos's sister. As David's opponent, Marcelo, is revealed to be under the control of evil US manager Lane, who is running a white slavery racket, David and his trainer Xian must launch an investigation to rescue Isabella and uncover the truth about Lane's operation.
