The Condor is an animated superhero film about Tony Valdez, a skateboarding enthusiast whose parents are murdered and crippled after they discover a conspiracy. After becoming a superhero, Tony must stop a villain named Taipan from controlling people's minds. Along the way, he teams up with his friend Sammi and befriends rival Z-Man to save his loved ones and foil the villain's plans.
