Secret Summer

Appraiser Rachel Turney (Lindsey Shaw) receives news that her top client wants to buy out a small town's beloved library to build a resort and spa, prompting Rachel to fly out to California. There, she meets writer Jake Kenman (Derek Theler), who is researching the legend of Captain Black Bart's hidden treasures, and together they learn about the library's significance to the community. As Rachel learns about the town's attachment to the library, she must find a way to save it before it's too late.
