A group of schoolboys, evacuated from England following a mysterious war, crash-land on a remote South Sea island. With no adult survivors, they must fend for themselves, leading to an unexpected descent into savagery and chaos. As the boys struggle to maintain order and civility, their actions become increasingly violent and brutal, culminating in a devastating tragedy that exposes the darker aspects of human nature. The film is a faithful adaptation of William Golding's classic novel, exploring themes of fear, hate, and the loss of innocence.
