A young man, Julius (Diarmid Heidenreich), is held captive by a deranged surgeon and faced with a life-altering choice that will determine his survival and the fate of those he loves, including his girlfriend, Nicole (Bel Delia). The film explores Julius's fight for survival through flashbacks that blur the line between his real world and memories of their relationship.
