Comboio de Sal e Açúcar

In Mozambique's civil war-torn land, a train runs slowly and perilously through guerrilla-held territory, carrying passengers and goods to Malawi. Mariamu, a frequent traveler, shares her journey with Rosa, a nurse heading to her new hospital, and other passengers including Lieutenant Taiar and soldier Salomão. As the train advances, stories of love and war unfold amidst bullets, laughter, and brutality, with Taiar and Salomão's complicated past and conflicting loyalties tested by the harsh reality of war.
