In the dystopian city of the future, Mr. TV, the owner of the only television channel, has taken away the voice of its inhabitants, forcing them to communicate in silence. La Voz, a mysterious singer, has retained her voice, and with the help of her son Tomás and Ana, a young girl, they embark on a perilous journey to subdue the sinister Mr. TV. Along the way, they discover a hidden station, The Aerial, where they must broadcast a second voice to counter the effects of La Voz's power. The film is a visually stunning black and white tale of resistance and redemption, drawing inspiration from the works of Fritz Lang, Georges Méliès, and F.W. Murnau.
