In the Company of Men

"In the Company of Men" is a 1997 American black comedy film about two middle management employees, Chad (Aaron Eckhart) and Howard (Matt Malloy), who plot to toy maliciously with the emotions of a deaf female subordinate, Christine (Stacy Edwards), as part of their mean-spirited revenge scheme. Chad, driven by his own emotional wounds, decides to romance Christine, while Howard is initially more passive, but later becomes conflicted when he discovers the truth about their scheme.
