A young and talented architect, Rinal Mukhametov as Viktor, comes to his senses after a horrific accident and finds himself in a dystopian world filled with the memories of all current coma patients. This surreal world is composed of fragmented, chaotic, and unstable realities, where physical laws are bent and cities and technologies from various eras coexist.
