The Lost Valentine

Jennifer Love Hewitt plays a TV journalist, but it's not her main character in this film. She helps Susan Allison in researching a story about Caroline Thomas, played by Betty White, whose husband was declared MIA during World War II. Caroline has been waiting for her husband at a train station every year on Valentine's Day since 1944, hoping he'll return to her. After 60 years, the Navy locates her husband's remains and returns them to her, with a touching ceremony that brings closure to Caroline's long wait.
