The Vicious Kind

A misanthropic man warns his brother away from a new girlfriend he brings home, but ends up becoming infatuated with her. Adam Scott stars as Caleb, a man who tries to warn his brother Peter (Alex Frost) about Emma Gainsborough (Brittany Snow), a "good girl" who turns out to be quite different from what he initially thought. Caleb's own personal demons, including a complicated past with his ex-girlfriend Hannah, begin to surface as he becomes drawn to Emma, leading to a complex web of relationships and self-discovery.
