The Rental

Two couples, Charlie (Dan Stevens) and his wife Michelle (Alison Brie), Josh (Jeremy Allen White) and his girlfriend Mina (Sheila Vand), rent a remote beachfront house in Portland, Oregon, for a weekend getaway. The group soon discovers that the caretaker, Taylor, may be spying on them, leading to a descent into paranoia and a series of sinister events. As the night wears on, the group's initial suspicions turn to horror as a masked stranger begins to stalk and murder them, one by one.
